Pro Tips

• With over 2.6 miles of uphill running, including a 23% grade section, runners of this leg should definitely incorporate hill training. The best news is that over half of the leg is downhill! Runners completing this leg have bragging rights the rest of the day.
• Rose Hill Road and Merrill's Cove Road have a limited shoulder area.  Please use extra caution.
• Look for volunteers to assist when turning right and crossing Concord Road near the finish.
• Parking is located across the street from the Fire Station at the intersection of Concord Rd and Merrills Cove Rd. Look for volunteer instructions.
