Captain Roster Tool
Once you have registered your team, you will manage your team entirely through the links below. Captains will receive an email with the details of your team and how to invite your teammates to join your team. Here you will be able to make balance payments, invite and remove team members, edit team information (like team name and pace) or make changes to your own runner profile such as shirt size.

Runner Roster Tool
Once your team captain has registered for the relay, you can join their team immediately. Your captain will receive email instructions on how to invite you to join their team. In case you lost it, you will just need to know your team's name and team password selected by your captain. Once you are registered, then you can edit your runner profile anytime.

Starting Waves
Your team's starting time will be released to your captain and posted online approximately one month prior to the event. Waves will begin at 5:00 am, with the last wave starting by 9:00 am.
Starting wave assignment is structured to maximize fun and safety throughout the entire course. Once your starting wave is assigned, changes are not possible. Teams are placed in waves based upon your submitted overall team pace with the goal of all teams finishing between 2:30 pm and 8:00 pm. Please note that teams are NOT placed slowest to fastest for their starting times and as long as your team gave an accurate pace prediction, then everyone will finish between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm.

Late Roster Changes: After the Final Roster Deadline
Teams needing to make a late runner substitution or addition after the final deadline (April 7, 2024) can make those changes online until the race day and will carry a $25 fee.
