We understand that competing in a 72-mile running event can be a bit intimidating. Yet, one of the beautiful things about the Ville to Ville Relay is that you don't have to do it all by yourself. This event is accessible to nearly everyone – from dedicated joggers to serious racers.
The key, of course, is to be properly prepared…and run a few hills.
Below is an introduction and description of the terms, along with two different training plans. These are just a guide to help you be prepared for a fun day out on the course. Training Plans start on January 18, 2026. Please contact our Run Club Ambassador, Anna Hall, with any questions or helpful tips as you train.
