Starting Times

Starting Times FAQ:

How was my starting wave selected?

Teams are placed in waves based upon:
1. Reaching the finish line between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
2. Reducing vehicle and congestion on the course and in parking areas.
3. Keeping teams within a 5-hour window so police, volunteers, and staff can assist your team.

Can I change our starting time?

Team starting times are rarely changed. We realize injuries and data entry mistakes happen. If you think your team will be outside the coverage window at the finish line, please complete this document in detail and email it to prior to March 24, 2023.
